Responsible for the supervision and management of every facet of the Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) operations for the 18.4 MW KTD Project, funded by USAID. This oversight encompasses planning, the reconfiguration of E&M milestones, execution, inspections, testing/commissioning and the eventual project completion. Possesses a profound grasp of engineering fundamentals, construction methodologies, industry standards, and the most effective engineering practices for execution. Works in close coordination with donor agencies (USAID), clients, contractors, and diverse stakeholders to secure the prosperous execution and timely delivery of the project.
Spearheaded erection, testing, and commissioning activities of 18.4 MW Hydro Power Plant which includes E&M works of PH-IV, PH-V, Pump House, 132 KV Switchyard, Transmission Line and Earthing System  
 Approval of drawings/design of 11 KV TL, PLS CAD profile plan, Sag charts, construction schedule, labor histogram, and submittal/drawings log by utilizing a broad scope of industry knowledge. 
 Proficient in the installation and termination of underground cabling
 Led factory inspection/FAT and supervising erection/installation& testing of earthing system, telecom system, internal external electrification, HVAC, Omni bus, CCTV and firefighting system.
 Collaborated with Contractors, Client to accomplish project in accordance with construction schedule.
 Supervised all functions for the completion of field works in line with the manufacturer-approved drawings and ensured execution of MEP work in accord to international standards.
 Instrumental in collaborating across departments and designing, developing, and retaining electrical systems to meet specifications, including performance, economy, safety, quality, and sustainability. 
 Playing a key role as part of the project management team in organizing, manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, documentation, and testing activities to assure compliance with specifications of customer requirements  
 Well versed with USAID reporting requirements and arrange daily, bi-weekly and monthly progress reports for USAID and Monthly Progress Report for the Employer (WAPDA).  
 Engaged in factory acceptance tests of transformer, generators, CT/PTs, disc/pin insulators, TL &earthing conductors, and 11 KV poles to verify that newly manufactured and packaged equipment met intended purpose. 
 Formulated technical drawings, and specifications of electrical systems to guarantee that installation and operations follows standards and customer requirements.  
 Examined and revised contractor’s shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and RFIs by following contract drawings/specifications, local codes, statutory requirements, and international standard methodology. 
 Special Assignment:  
 Acted as a focal person to USAID (Donor Agency) for attending continuous meetings with USAID officials regarding crafting, restructuring, and reimbursement of E&M Milestones. 
 Supported USAID officials in tracking the performance of project implementation and site inspections after completion of respective milestones to attain set targets. 
 Successfully disbursed amounts received from USAID to Contractor’s JV in the form of certifying interim payment certificates under monthly payment sub-clause 60.4 GCC.  
 Exceeded the reporting requirements of USAID and wrote reimbursement cases to USAID for E&M milestones.
 Facilitated senior contracts specialist/ contract manager for offering expert contractual advice to project managers and supervision teams in the settlement of claims, variation orders, and resolution of disputes efficiently between contractors and clients.  
 Tactfully negotiated all requirements of contractual agreements and aided contract manager in evaluating contractual implication of supervision project scope changes. 
 Took part in developing, submitting, and approving second revised PC-I of KTD Project also liaised with donor agencies, ministry/division regarding various matters for the approval of the scheme and release of funds.

Crafted quality/test documents, operation & maintenance manuals, design reviews, budgets, schedules, drawings, and scopes of work for project implementation. Held accountable for the design, procurement, installation, debugging, startup, and operation of the plant equipment/projects and testing/commissioning of the earthing system, project, and high voltage, medium and low voltage switchgears in line with regulatory standards. Arranged inspection for material receiving control & protection panels, transformers, cables, cable tray & conduits, electrical equipment, and final inspection with respect to quality requirements. 
Responsible for the safe design, procurement, installation, debug, start-up andoperation of the plant equipment and projects as designed. Assist procurement personnel in procuring equipment, materials and services;ensuring that work produced complies with Customer objectives and procedures.Procurement assistance includes preparing and reviewing requisitions, evaluatingtechnical quotations and preparing queries, compiling bid tabulations and recommendations, preparing purchase requisitions, and coordinating with Procurement to expedite vendor documents, as directed by Lead Engineer. Prepare design reviews, budgets, schedules, drawings, and scopes of work forproject implementation and provide the necessary information/project documentation Ensures that inspection and quality assurance is performed on the construction and that the project is completed within budget cost and schedule Responsible for the procurement, installation, Testing and Commissioning ofthe Earthing System as designed Installation, Testing & Commissioning of High Voltage, Medium and Low Voltage Switchgears Design review of Lightening, Power, Data/Telecom, CCTV, Fire alarm, Security, Earthing and Lightening drawing Review Pre-commissioning and commissioning index and provide technicalassistance on site during pre-commissioning and start-up as required. Uses computers to prepare spread sheets, analyses, simulations and processcontrol

Review and approve contractor\\\'s submittals for conformance with the requirements of the contract drawings and specifications. Maintain quality assurance standards and drawings and documentation forregulatory compliance Review and approve design drawings, calculations, documents, shop drawings, samples of materials and components, catalog information, certificates of compliance and provide technical responses to Requests for Information (RFIs). Ensure requests for deviations or changes to any terms and conditions of the contract are coordinated and approved, as appropriate with Customer. Provide technical solutions to unforeseen problems that arise during the contract duration in coordination with the construction contractor. Notify the Customer immediately if an associated cost increase arises Witness acceptance testing of the various systems and structures as part ofintegral facility commissioning process.
