- Preparation of responses of letters & notices received by the company from tax authorities in light of local laws
- Advisory and opinion on income tax federal and provincial sales tax, federal excise
- Provide direction and guidance to prepare & deposit of Sales Tax and Sales Tax Withholding into the Government Treasury.
- E-filled monthly & annual Income and Sales tax return, issuance of withholding tax certificates.
- Provide assistance and guidance in response of notice issued u/s 177, 161 and 147
- Provide assistance in preparation of tax depreciation schedule and deferred tax working
- Tax Posting and clearing entries in Microsoft Dynamics GP
- Monthly reconciliation and recommendations for updating the records of an organization as per requirement of relevant tax authorities

- Provide innovative tax planning, review and submission of monthly and annual sales tax/federal excise returns and sales tax withholding statements for federal and provincial tax authorities.
- Advisory and opinion on federal and provincial sales tax, federal excise.

- Preparation of response of letters & notices received by tax authorities in light of local laws and getting it vet by Partner - Tax.

- Preparation of appeals and stay applications at the level of commissioner appeals and ATIR under federal and provincial sales tax laws.

- Preparation and filling of refund and condonation applications with Federal and Provincial tax authorities.

- Assist in preparation of yearly federal and provincial budget briefing of EY. Liaise with clients and provide tax audits support to submit response to the tax authorities.

- Prepare tax position papers to the clients in respect of changes made through federal and provincial finance acts.

- Maintain a high level of professional competence and integrity and exercising professional judgment.

- Quarterly review of performance and setting new KPI\'s as per the firm\'s global policy.
