Negotiated a major contract agreement with an electronic assembly manufacturer, driving an annual cost savings of AED. 500,000.
Delivered significant improvements in supplier performance, customer service and new project delivery whilst reducing overall cost of doing business with suppliers.
Negotiated over AED. 5 million in cost savings to date for Al Futtaim Engineering with tendered suppliers.
Upgrading the operations to paperless and adding ERP system in place.

The Contract included managing facilities of Masdar Institute of Science and Technology, IRENA, Siemens, Personal Rapid Transport (PRT) network of driver-less vehicles, Residential and retail buildings, corporate offices and science laboratories.
Monitor, identify, and analyse all project costs which include labour cost, materials cost with a view of facilitating the completion of the projects at minimum cost and within budget limit.
Maintained the operational and financial KPI above 90% to meet the AMC Service Level Agreement by targeting completion of PPM,CM, Customer Satisfaction, Monthly Reports and HSE requirements.
