Updating the Notice Boards.
Surveys the classrooms and ensures that the classroom gadgets like AC, fans, PC, Multimedia, and UPS are properly working and rest of the equipments are in order, and room is properly clean. If required then reports for any maintenance or procurement requirements to the Academics Controller/Asst. Academics Controller.
Assists the Academic Controller in undertaking cancellation and rescheduling of the classes when needed; and in issuing the SMS messages to the concerned faculty and students; and maintains record of cancelled and rescheduled classes
Monitors the classes, marks teacher’s time-in, time-out & break times and submits the report to Academics Department
Answers students’ queries regarding their courses, registration, and withdrawal etc
Conducts teachers’ evaluation by the students in every semester & submits the data
Sends SMS to all faculty and students about the cancellation of classes
Updates weekly combined schedules.
Checks Registration at ZABDESK attendance sheet and makes advisors list along with their groups.
Collects proposal forms from Thesis Groups, maintains record and allot numbers to each Group.
Collects progress and meeting records forms, from advisors.
Sends invitation letters to well known educational institutes for Research Symposium.
Makes arrangement for Final Presentations.
Assists in uploading the thesis results; after marked by advisor, external examiner, and Program Manager.
To support Institutional Research Officer in preparation of Self Assessment Reports.
Prepares and assists in all aspects of Self-Assessment reports of academic programs following the HEC’s guidelines
Prepare list of program and assessment teams
Provision of SAR related documents to programs and assessment teams of Management Sciences & Media Sciences.
Perform SAR review, prepare findings list and share with the concerned program team.
Perform coordination activities with program/assessment teams and other departments.
Preparation of documents / folders and their display for MS / PhD program reviews.
Arrange and facilitate MS / PhD reviews.
Arrange and facilitate accreditation process.
Assist in the preparation of drafts for QEC related documents.
Gather updated information for the Pakistan Qualification Register (PQR).
Preparation of annual trust report and feedback on Handbooks / Prospectus etc.
Data collection and compilation of HEC statistical pro forma.
Review and update the Standards, programs specifications, rules, SOPs as per decision of the Academic Council and inform to all concerned departments for implementation.
Assist in coordination with regulatory and accreditation bodies.
Assist in the preparation of QEC activity calendar and descriptive briefs.
Maintain copy of minutes of all types of meetings (Academic Council / BOS / BOF / BASR /DC / AC Heads etc.)
Maintain and update the program folder. (NOC / HEC Notifications / Reviews by HEC / Accreditation bodies / changes in curriculum / SAR/ Criteria / Minutes etc.)
Maintain department wise directory of updated legislation / policies / SOPs / Procedures / Regulations / Manuals / Forms and other official documents.
Maintain records of accreditation forms.
Participate in surveys initiation and data entry.
Any other task assigned by the management.
