Proactive in promoting safety awareness at all levels within project team and contractor personnel
Ensure that all PTW are prepared and in place prior to activities
Advising the project supervisory and management staff on compliance with the law ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and clients requirements
Responsible for overseeing the implementation of the project, site or facility HSE plan as well as keeping records for the safety file to enable auditing to be carried our effectively.
Advise on-site HSE and promote the HSE conducts of all works
To stop unsafe acts being undertaken by any one whist as works and not to allow task to commence or continue in an unsafe condition
Conducting HSE inductions and tool box talks and keep records of attendees
Ensure workers use appropriate personal protective equipment for the type of work being carried out
Investigations to determine causes of accidents/incidents or near misses and ensure that corrective actions are implemented for all HSE related events
Report any incidents/accidents or near misses immediately as per company procedure
Ensure injured parties are cared for and Head of HSE department and HR are notified
Informing the HSE manager and project manager of any areas where realistic improvements can be made for site working conditions
Maintain communication by attending meetings (close action points from minutes) monitor closure of violation or discrepancies from consultant or client
Conducting of hazard identification and risk assessment
Defining the process method to manage risk/hazards
Developing applicable risk and safety procedures
Conduct routine safety inspection of work-place to ensure that all sage operating rules and regulations are complied
Complying all HSE equipment checklists

• Verifying score sheet and incentive analysis.
• Audit of steel bar 
• Checking Gate procedures
• Follow HSE standards during work Execution 
• Conduct weekly and monthly audit meetings
• Stock taking of finished goods and store items
• Live audit and physical check of furnace oil • Cash count on weekly basis
• Electrical/furnace oil      consumption per ton

Maintenance of centrifugal pumps, pd pumps, turbines etc
• Follow HSE standards during work Execution
• Monitor the pipeline construction activities.
• Monitoring the operations of centrifugal pumps, PD pumps and centrifugal compressor
• Gaskets selection according to material properties, pressure temperature rating and AISI standards.
