Major Responsibilities:-
📍 Responsible for Baby diaper production, Preventive Maintenance, Changeovers, shutdowns and lead the team to achieve Plant KPI’s (Scrap, Product NOP, MTTR, MTBF & OEE).
📍 Liaison with top management in terms of providing effective leadership to implement TPM, 5S System and maintain Plant GMP.
📍 Lead continuous improvement activities (Kaizens) and responsible for zero BD, zero accident, zero defect and zero waste (4 Zero’s).
📍 Responsible for Machine modification, Machine upgradation, new machines installation and commissioning.
📍 Working with team to find out RCA of critical and major breakdowns.
📍 Working as EHS committee member and ensure the compliance of machine safety as Machine guarding, LOTO, fire safety, near misses and HACCP activity.
📍 To update Plant documentations like Preventive Maintenance Schedule, Monthly Production Report and Shift wise Production Sheets of product that facilitate top Management in taking short and long term decisions.
📍 Having maintenance and operational command on following equipment:
👉 Hydraulic & Pneumatic pressing Units.
👉 Hammer Mill (Rotating Knife, fixed knives, shaft and bearings FAG 2316)
👉 Vacuum belt conveyors and elevator.
👉 E.O.T Cranes (5 to 7 Tons Capacity).
👉 Engineering Workshop activities (Fabrication, Welding & Lathe Jobs).
👉 Vacuum Generating Units (Vacuum Pump and associated parts).
👉 Final diaper Packaging Machines (Optima from Germany).
👉 And lot of associated equipments: Like Glue Tanks their Gear Pumps, Hose pipes, solenoids, RM Unwinders, drive unit timing belts their pulleys and bearings, shafts, cutting knives, slitting knives, vacuum shells and Printers.
Major Responsibilities:-
📍 Look after the maintenance activities @ Rotary & Static Equipments like Pumps (Centrifugal, DWTP, Submersible Pumps, Piston Pumps, Gear Pumps), E.O.T Cranes, Induction Furnaces, F.E.S System & Bag House, Continuous Casting Machines, Pneumatic System, Hydraulic System, Belt Conveyors, Bucket Elevators, Fabrication work, Welding work and other workshop activities i-e lathe machine and milling machine jobs.
📍 To Lead major Projects i-e replacement of Induction Furnaces from 25 Ton to 35 ton (by Electrotherm India), monitored the project evaluation and remain as a mentor for the successful commissioning of project.
📍 To oversee mini projects like preparation of standby Crucible coil for induction furnace, Building maintenance works and E.O.T Crane’s Sag Testing.
📍Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments, employee trainings, employee leaves, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
📍Responsible for Plant operation with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs) and update shift documentation.
Major Responsibilities:-
Responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance at different sections of the Plant i-e Process House: ( Centrifugal Pumps, Gear Pumps, Rotary Pumps, Centrifugal Machines, Compressors, Tanks, Evaporators, Heat exchangers, Bucket Elevators, Rubber stackers, Valves and pipings).
Mill House: ( Gear Boxes, Cetrifugal Pumps, Gear Pumps, Roller Crushing Mills, Tanks, Wooden Plank Conveyors, Chain conveyors, Hydraulic Cane feeding Units and Pneumatic system).
Boiler Section: ( Water Tube Boilers as Miantenance of it’s mounting and accessories and Boiler Hydro testing of tubes).
Turbine Section: ( Peter Brotherhood England 8MW and Shinko 1.8 MW include it’s operational parameters i-e Temperatures, Pressures and Maintenance of bearings, fixed blades and moving blades, balancing of blades).
To monitor all the projects of construction, fabrication and commissioning.
To log data in shift progress sheet, maintain checklists, monitor plant status and control various conditions of equipment, machine as well as process parameters by taking corrective measures as per Plant SOP’s.
To perform safe start-up and shutdown of Plant.
