1. Incharge IT Branch: Implementation of ML&C Software and its Modules (Accounts & Budget, HR, CBCARE, Revenue, Land, Complaint Management System, Issue Management System, Diary & Dispatch, Litigation, Office & Users Administration and Guidance) and monitoring of the entire branch.
2. Admin to CBM official website, PMDU application & CBM official Facebook Page.
3. Incharge CBCARE: Registration of Birth, Death, Marriage & Divorce Certificates in NADRA CRMS software, public application and complaints etc.
4. Ensures Computer Systems & Peripherals functionality and Computer record.
5. Any other task assigned by CEO and HQ ML&C.
Supervision and coordination of order to Activation and Deactivation process in IT applications (Seibel CRM, Maximo and NE physical element) of telecom services including Voice, Fixed Broadband & Multimedia and VAS for Residential & Business customers.
Management & Rectification of Broadband, IPTV & PSTN complaints on CRM.
Coordination b/w teams including CRM support, AAA, TAC, NOC, Radius and Transmission support teams and generating of Trouble Ticket (TT) for smooth supply of MM&BB services.
The configuration of VDSL2 & ADSL HSI and IPTV VLANs and troubleshoot integration of Soft-Switch in ZTE (MSAG), Alcatel (ISAM) & Huawei (MSAN) through CLI mode & technical support using PTCL online MM&BB Support portals.
Summarizing reports on a daily/monthly basis using Microstrategy & quality service assurance.
