概要

Working as an Assistant Manager in Universal Service Fund, Ministry of IT in Implementation department from 03 September 2012 till date.
Major Responsibilities
➢ Making comparison between the USF RF Planning and RF planning data submitted by the registered bidder for NG-BSD Telecom projects. 

➢ Analysis of the RF Planning data on Forsk Atoll 3.4, submitted by the registered bidder for NG-BSD projects. 

➢Analysis of the prerequisite RF data submitted by the SP for the achievement of project milestone on Nemo outdoor 8.1.  and Nemo Indoor

➢Analysis for post-processing cellular network data on Actix Analyzer 5.1. for Network Performance optimization, service validation, problem diagnosis and analysis, network bench marking and competitive analysis. 

➢Managing the Drive Test and Optimization Activities for 2G/ 3G /4G LTE sites. 

➢ Drive Test for pre-launch optimization for 2G/3G/4G LTE sites using TEMS Pocket 20.3, TEMS Director 2.1.2, and TEMS Investigation 16.3.5.

➢ Reporting using TEMS Discovery 20.2.0.

➢ Conducting technical audits of BTS Sites for BSS, Transmission and Power and Civil Works (WCDMA/UMTS, GSM and CDMA) on USF- Sibi, Kalat, Khuzdar UFONE Huawei Projects in South Region and USF- DI Khan, Kohistan TELENOR- NOKIA Projects in North Region. 

➢ Maintaining Project Tracker of USF Projects

➢ Drive test tools troubleshooting

➢ Deliver trainings to Engineers and Interns regarding DT Tools

➢ Optimization of BTS sites and their coverage in mauzas.

➢ Reporting of Monitoring’s and technical audits.

➢ Maintaining data base of all projects of Telecom, OFC and Broadband

➢ Verification of BOQ and Finalization of Lien Letter.

➢ Preparation of RFP and technical evaluation of RFP submission.

➢ Preparing RFP and TOR for the hiring of Technical Auditors for Telecom and OFC Projects.

➢ Technical Evaluation for the Hiring of Technical Auditors
