I am currently working in Sparco Paints as an \"Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance\" responsible to report to CFO.

·Pre and Post audit of all transactions related to Expenses, Receipts, Income, and Payments & LC Payments.
 Capitalization and Disposals of Fixed Assets.
 Reviewing Bank Reconciliation Statements on timely basis to ensure error less financial records.
 All areas relating to HR (Salary, Increments, Bonus, Leave Encashment, Overtime & Final Settlement).
 Supervising overall Payable function and ensuring correct deduction of Income Tax withheld and timely deposit.
 Any other duties assigned by GM Audit.
 Post Audit of Capitalization and Disposals of Fixed Assets.
 Pre and Post audit of Salary & Other Administrative expenses.
 Any other duties/ tasks assigned by Head of Department.
 Stattutory addit and Limited Reviews.

Monthly submission of Sales Tax Returns (FBR & PRA);
 Preparing Sales Tax Invoices on behalf of different clients and generating Tax Challans/ PSID;
Correspondence with Tax Authorities comprising replies to legal notices and appeal fillings;
Involved in various Sales Tax and Income Tax audits conducted by the Tax Authorities;
Prepared responses to various queries raised by Tax Authorities and appeared before the said authorities during the course of assessment proceedings in order to finalize the assessment;
Prepared, filed and assisted in representation of appeals before appellant authorities. Preparation involves grounds of appeals and other relevant documentation mandatory for filling of appeals.
