- I currently supervise overall operations of HIITES. I monitor and review performances of Medical Scribe, Medical Transcription, Medical Billing, Information Technology, Admin and Finance departments.
- I also work closely on projects like PsychWeb Portal (www.psychwebportal.com) – Tele-psychiatry solution for USA; PakWebMD (www.pakwebmd.com) – Find a Doctor Portal for Pakistan & Jadeed Tabeeb (www.jadeedtabeeb.com) – Pakistan’s first cloud-based EHR System.
- I report directly to the CEO and Board of Directors of the Group and participate actively in strategic planning of the organization.
- I also work on client relationship management and business development.
- I supervise trainings organized by managers for new staff members in Pakistan as well as in the US offices.
