概要

• To inspect the lot against available inspection plan /drawings /jigs & fixture and fill the inspection status on STR (sample testing report).
• To inspect the incoming area and samples on the basis of all bag/cartons which after inspection will be kept in the bag or carton from where it was taken.
• To inform to in-charge in case of non-conformance found in received lot.
• To us inspection and test equipment in situations, where the accuracy of measurement is not important or where the measurement does not have any relation to verification of products.
• To test and inspect whenever samples will be received either from development or production department, QC inspector will perform detail inspection with all aspects and record data in STR report.
• To fill the inspection data in receiving inspection report.
• To perform inspection and tasting duties to ensure that incoming product fulfills all the required specifications and quality requirements.
• Reports quality problem or findings to Quality supervisor.
• Maintains record of inspection and prepares list of defect.
