2. Experience of recruitment with international standards, working on Salesforce to recruit Teach For Pakistan's 2020 and 2021 cohorts.
3. Mentoring experience of a team of new Fellows to develop the required skills and knowledge based on ‘Teaching as Leadership’ and undertook classroom observations.

Working as a Fellow in Teach For Pakistan, teaching primary school kids at a government school in Saidpur Village, Islamabad. I am working to eliminate educational inequity embedded and perpetuated in Pakistan\'s social, economic, political and cultural systems. I understand the power of collective, and know how to join forces to achieve the vision of a better Pakistan. I operate with courage and resilience, and I am aware of my values.
