Oversee account opening, account closing, and product sales activities.
Review load application, approve or disapprove loans, and communicate loan decisions to customers.
Build positive working relationship with existing customers for repeat businesses.
Builds, develops, and maintains profitable lending and deposit relationships with new and
existing customers. Consults with customers and prospects at their places of business in order to
understand their current business practices and identify their financial goals and needs.
Provide periodical reports (Weekly/Monthly or Quarterly) as agreed with Head of Business
Development
Responsible for deposit mobilization and NTB accounts opening.
Achieve agreed sales target as assigned by the management.
Provide highest level of customer service.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of outlet, including sales, staff, stock
and resources management.
Maintaining statistical and financial records
dealing with customer queries and complaints
Meeting planned sales goals.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
Promoting the organization and products.
