Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions Hire or refer qualified candidates Conduct new employee orientations Process paperwork HR managers will also: Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees’ talents Resolve issues between management and employees Advise managers on policies like equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and staff Oversee recruitment and hiring process Direct disciplinary procedures Arranging Quotations from the purchasers of assets and other heavy purchase. Preparing purchase Order comparative statements for purchase. Plans, directs and coordinate administrative setup of the organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. Arrangement of meetings, presentations etc. Ensuring the proper supply of electricity and sanitation.. Responsible for renovation and decoration of the company, Also responsible for housekeeping and cleanliness. Handling company transportation and parking issues (vehicles parking).
