Implementation of Child Protection activities at the district level ensuring appropriate coordination with all collaborators.Facilitate and coordinate provision of professional counselling services for children with protection concerns.Ensures that safeguarding standards are understood and met and ensures a safe and child-friendly atmosphere and Strengthen community-based child protection mechanism in coordination with community-based protection colleagues and organizations.Plan, organize and implement quality community sensitization forums in partnership with the community workers and raising campaigns for sensitization of communities on child protection issues and concern. Providing advice and consultation to people who report concerns about children and young people.conduct follow-up phone calls with professionals to verify and gather information about reports.

• Provide individual or group psychological support such as counselling and support groups in Communities.
• Conduct awareness sessions on different topics related to project goals.
• Consult with other professionals to discuss therapies, treatments, counselling resources, or techniques, and to share occupational information.
• Arrange and conduct seminars, event, coordination meetings and other awareness related activities at targeted Field area.
• Compile activity reports and data entry.
• Assist GBV officer in training and other project related activities.
• Conduct Bi annuals exit interviews and GSG capacity assessment.
• Refer clients to specialists or to other institutions/ organizations for non-counselling treatment of problems.
• Analyze data such as interview notes, test results, and reference manuals in order to identify symptoms, and to diagnose the nature of clients' problems.
• Counsel individuals, groups, or families to help them understand problems, define goals, and develop realistic action plans.
• Develop therapeutic and treatment plans based on clients' interests, abilities, and needs.
• Identify and document success stories, best practices and lessons learned.
• Facilitate the community to pass their complaints and suggestions to the management through CBFRM in a transparent manner.
