概要

I was working at K-Electric as an admin & HR Coordinator, i was there from january 2016 and here i am operating all basic HR operations, daily activities, Attendance management, OT management,coordination with head office & other locations, record keeping, vendors meeting and management, making Purchase order, maintaining the imprest record, conducting safety trainings, maintaining different types of charts and sheets for trainings i.e Basic fire safety training, Electrical trainings, HIRA trainings, also checked the fire hydrant system, along with smoke detectors call points and sounders which are installed in building, also i had faced SLA (Service Level Audit) there and for that i made many reports as per daily monthly and weekly activities and also faced the physical audit of whole building, conduct 2 fire alarm drills every month, here i have a team of 46 persons including skilled labour, office support staff, greeting services, drivers, HVAC, janitorial staff and we are facilitating the whole building in which 1000 employees are working.
My past experience was Admin in charge/key accounts executive at Dimensions office & home.
That was the leading office furniture company which also works for home decors, i was maintaining all records of accounts and administrative tasks through out the warehouse , factory and showroom and also check the quality of work there and other type of documentations, delivery challans, incentives to labour, vendor management.
Before that i was an Hr&admin Assistant at a software house named Appysta ltd.
That was my learning time, i was learning how to maintain the records of documents, how to perform other administrative tasks, attendance records and etc etc.
Earlier that i was Junior Pricing Officer at Seagull Shipping & Logistics as an internee for 1 year, there i had learnt about freight forwarding, and made coordination with different agents throughout the world about rates of FOB,FCL and LCL shipments.
