 To Facilitate HoD, faculty & department secretary by providing items such as stationery etc. and support as required.  Issuance of stationery items, tissue boxes and other items demanded by faculty from store.  Receipt & Dispatch of letters/ documents related to HoD and department secretary.  Daily serving of tea, water etc. to HoD, faculty & department secretary.  Dusting of furniture, electric appliances and other accessories, arrangement of books, magazines, newspaper etc. as per schedule in HoD, faculty and department secretary offices and meeting room.  Keeping a track for maintenance of equipment at HoD, faculty and department secretary offices, meeting room, kitchen and faculty printer at ground floor.  Serving tea, water and food etc. to the participants/ guests during meeting, official visits, FYP presentations at meeting room related to EE department.  Coordination with department secretary in matters related to the meeting room.  Daily filling of fresh water in dispenser bottle at meeting room and faculty lounge at first floor.  Issuance of Tea Bags, Milk, Sugar & other items for kitchen from store.  Proper maintenance and washing of tea set, water set and dinner set reserved for HoD, official guests and faculty only.  Providing support as required.  Your job title does not define or limit your duties and you may be required to carry out other work within your abilities from time to time at our request. • To Support in Computer & Electric Hardware Management & Maintenance of the Sub-Office • To Facilitate arrangements of Official conferences and meetings in the office or in hotels • To Supervise the outsourced janitorial staff • To oversee general office maintenance and inform supervisor if any repair or maintenance required • To act as a driver as and when needed • Perform the other related duties as required • Stationary maintenance and records keeping • Filling, Record keeping and maintenance • Incoming/Out going office mails and reco
