概要
I am an individual who has a Master's degree in sociology from BZU and has been working with different organizations including Strengthening Participatory Organization (SPO) as Data Entry Operator in TDEA funded project. The project was intended to assist unregistered women with NADRA to obtain NIC.
During my stay with SPO, I obtained knowledge of working with the community, about the police, and the procedures of the organization. Besides, I delivered capacity-building training to volunteers hired to assist women registration process in the field. Additionally, I was part of a team that was checking the quality of NIC registration and verifying the data by approaching the facilitated community.

Data Entry Operator
I have been work with Spo. My masters degree specializing in Sociology. I was associated with SPO (Strengthening Participatory Organization) for one year, I diligently executed my resposibilities as a \"Data Entry Operator\" under SELP - TDEA Project at regional Centre Multan. I am continuously taking part in various projects.
I like helping out other people whenever I can. I enjoy with working with energetic team. I like to share my experiences about my work.
Community Youth Facilitator (CYF)
SPO start a project (PYI-II) with the collaboration of VSO I am select as a CYF in this project and manage my team this project duration is 3 month and I got a master trainer award in this project.I have been working with a team and community. My masters degree specializing in Sociology. I am continuously taking part in various projects, where I have to work with the team.I am an energetic individual who enjoys helping out others whenever I can. I like to share my experiences and feel that this is a good way for gaining more knowledge and exoerience.
