Sr. Production Engineer
Planning day-to-day activities, production schedules, implementing production tools and
allocating work for achieving of daily and monthly production targets of various Extruders
and Injection molding machines.
Verification of daily operational forms, machines startup checklist forms and mixing of raw materials.
Preparing Reports entailing daily production/downtime report, overall material
consumption, material scrap & weekly machine productivity reports.
Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/measures and modifications to
achieve a substantial reduction in Overheads & Maintenance expenditures and work
within the budget.
Coordinating with product development department and providing feedback on
market requirements to initiate new product development.
Mentor, train and develop technical employees and production operators in the
extrusion process.
Resolve work problems using A3 form and recommend measures to improve

Worked as Internee Engineer in Production Department, My Project was how to reduce
the consumption of spin finish at spinning line 03.I analyzed the overall production
process. Report was based on in-depth analysis of spin finish circuit and in-depth analysis
of spin finish applications with some suggestions to reduce the spin finish consumption
and cost analysis.
