Working as an Associate Manager BMS/ELV and Electrical Automation Systems in Dolmen Mall Clifton. My Major responsibilities are: 
A. Managing Operation and Maintenance of iBMS system (Honeywell & Siemens) 
1. Assigning daily routine jobs, assigning team for preventive maintenance, 
maintenance of servers and clients, controllers, field devices.
2. Desigo Insight & EBI
3. Implementation of project type jobs with vendors and principal support. 
4. Providing expertise on managing complaints logged for system. 
B. Managing maintenance of Security related equipment including walk-through gates and baggage scanning machine
C. Managing electrical maintenance of Housekeeping machines 
D. Managing maintenance of online/line interactive UPS connected on all ELV systems, lightings and travelators/escalators rating up to 20 KVA
E. Managing repairing and maintenance of All VFDs connected in chiller plant room and HVAC system rating from 7.5KW to 160KW and its complete electrical automation
F. Managing repair and maintenance of auto doors of Mall
G. Designing of all electrical and electronics automation related projects including Siemens Ultrasonic Tank level and Digital Flow meter system integration through BMS
H. Managing Maintenance of all Electrical and Electronics equipment of Chiller plant room
