Responsibilities and Job Description:
Conduct regular field visits as per approved travel plan with the expectation to spend around 90% of their time in the field.
Coordinates with Provincial Filed Coordinator and conduct field monitoring of the implementing partners (different departments for which third-party is providing funds for projects).
The Field Monitors will move in their earmarked geographic area. However, each of the field monitor can be asked to work in any district in the province.
Field Monitor will follow the checklists prepared in coordination with third-party and will report back daily (or as agreed with third-party) to Monitoring & Reporting Officer and Provincial Field Coordinator with findings, as per the approved schedule of reporting and field visits.
The field monitors will be deployed in the field in form of teams with each team comprising preferably a male and a female member. Each team will be earmarked geographic/thematic area for working in consultation with supervisor for this assignment.
Field Monitor will not be permanently district/program restricted and will move across the districts as and when required, according to the need of the program.
The key output of field monitoring will be duly filled checklists that will be shared with related programme staff for review and follow up. Field Monitor will also arrange video and audio recording of key events in the field, evidence of development interventions, gaps/issues in the programme activities and perceptions of the beneficiaries and key stakeholders regarding the overall programme.
All the data will be submitted to PFC & MnRO in the office and no one will be allowed to keep personal backups. Stealing the information, transmitting the information else then the communication hierarchy will be considered a criminal offense under the cybercrime act.
Field Monitor will religiously follow the given checklist in their full honesty and will not interfere in any financial checks/transactions of the Implementing Partner
Support the deputy Secretary in clerical matters. manage incoming requests in a timely and professional manner Communication with attached in and out branches of social welfare and women Development. Research and provide high quality briefing and advice for the Secretary. identify solutions to issues raised to the Secretary, preempting these in advance where possible Act as a point of contact and conduit to ensure activities are coordinated and joined up across the department. provide secretariat support where appropriate

Travel anywhere in his/her assigned field area (if required)
Ensure that fair data collection is happening on ground
Provide feedback after each assignment
Record best practices from field
Arrange vehicle for field visits as per protocol
Ensure confidentiality during entire course of validation exercise
Maintenance of daily field expanses & financial Closing through booklet
Maintain excellent working relationship
Should be well versed with the android-based platform & applications
Should have on hand command on Google applications like G-Forms, G-Drive, etc
Should have excellent report writing skills and can use MS Office applications, i.e. Word, Excel and Power point etc.
Should have his/her personal laptop for use during assign period
