· Provide on ground support to the line manager that all expenses/Investments are made as per approved budgets & all entitlements allowed are in line with the HR policies.· Ensure administrative arrangements (logistics, banqueting, accommodation, training material, equipment’s & peripherals at learning facility) as per requirement of each particular training/workshop are timely put in place to ensure to ensure smooth operations· Pre-Training Arrangement (Participant’s attendance, Feedback, Handout, Banqueting. Trainer Coordination. Pre-Post Assessment)· Managing of proper & updated MIS for analysis as well as audit trail purpose.· Preparing and Maintaining Reports (HR Activity, SBP, Compliance , Audit etc)· Manage all communication related to training activities (Inhouse, External & Digital)· Collect & compile the feedback forms.· To ensure timely attention to stakeholders concerns,

Looking approximately 1500 outsourced staff day to day HR matter's of companies major client's including
Shan Food's Pvt LTD, English Biscuits Manufacturer, Young's Pvt LTD.
Shan Food's PVT LTD.
Dealing with 750+ outsourced staff.
Facilitating outsourced staff and given them all HR services (Total Reward, Talent Acquisition).
