Responsible for safe, reliable and environmental compliant operation of a 1.5 MW primarily gas powered unit.
Directed and coordinate the day-to-day activities of operating personnel to meet generation schedules including efficient utilization of the unit.
Performed additional duties and handled special projects as assigned by the plant manager related to electrical portions of the project.
Determined electrical or mechanical issues related to power plant and conducted timely repair work to keep equipment up and running.
