I am an experienced professional in Social Sector, possess knowledge and involvement in multisector, i.e. Food Security and Livelihood, Resettlements Support Centers (RSCs) i-e Resettlement of Migrants, WASH, Primary Health care, Nutrition, DRR, Orphans and Child Protection program, project implementation, Planning and Reporting, and also in Emergency Services. I am skillful, hardworking and enthusiastic to learn and deliver.
I am looking for a position to contribute acquired skills and knowledge, strong organizational and presentation skills, multisector background, computer knowledge and educational set to a firm in a position that requires both innovative development and quality assurance management.
· Provide Support in guidance to Humanitarian, Resilience and Recovery Unit (HRRU) Livelihood staff to implement all activities under the livelihoods portfolio, in line with all livelihoods tools, policies and procedures
· Support and ensure a sustained and structured co-ordination mechanism of livelihoods projects.
· Contribute to timely, effective, and efficient implementation of all livelihood’s interventions, by livelihoods partner, including improved targeting and identification of beneficiaries, assessment of livelihood beneficiaries, distribution of inputs and business capital/grants, facilitation of capacity building sessions and trainings etc.
·Actively monitor field implementation of livelihood interventions, track progress of agreed objectives and programme implemented by livelihoods partners and provided technical support to other departments whenever required.
· Provide support to HRRU Livelihood team to support selected individuals by facilitating orientation meetings and/or business trainings and/or counseling as necessary and provide support to them in the formulation of business plans
· Support the Cash-based interventions process, and assist to coordinate with beneficiaries and financial service provider(s) to ensure efficient, accountable, and timely cash distribution
· In coordination with skill development officer (Livelihood), worked in the identification and selection of individuals for livelihoods assistance, in line with livelihoods guidelines and policies.
·Actively follow up and foster inclusion of populations of concern into district socio-economic development plans.
· Contribute to the daily, weekly, monthly planning and reporting and ILA Activity completion reports.
· In collaboration with the livelihoods partners and other sectors, strengthen feedback and complaints mechanism for livelihoods interventions.
·Participate and contribute to the multifunctional team activities i.e., participatory assessments, meetings etc.
· Perform any other duties as directed and guided by the designated supervisor and the Head of Field Office.
· Identification and assessment of new children by carrying out domestic visits to the orphan families for sponsorship
· Contribute in maintaining minimum 50 applications available online at any given time and 50 children to be ready for uploading (collectively).
· Responsible for signing agreement with sponsored orphan’s mother / guardian and maintain updated individual files as per policy.
· visit door to door to beneficiaries houses, gatherings and cluster meetings.
· Effective monitoring of the allocated families to ensure sponsorship amount is properly utilized to improve condition of Housing, Health, Education and Nutrition.
· Provide the sponsored children/families with psychosocial counselling as and when required.
· Organize guardians into groups and conducted their meetings during second round of field visits.
· Raise awareness amongst groups on policy and procedures, child and woman rights and protection issues
· Facilitate in arrangement of Partner visits to project areas. Donor’s calls and meeting with sponsored families as per Policy.
· Preparation of annual work plans against PMT (performance measured time frame) by ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks in stipulated time period.
· Ensure availability of sponsored children bank account details for timely disbursement of sponsorship amount on quarterly basis through strong coordination and follow up with sponsored families and finance departments.
· Maintenance of hard record that includes assessment record, legal documents, progress report forms, score cards, school progress report and other documentation.
· Ensure appropriate beneficiary’s data collection and screening prior to making any transaction
· Ensure proper filling of forms and formats as per desired standards
· Extend support to MEAL / Communications on as and when required basis.
Close coordination with line manager and team members for effective implementation of project activities.
Planning and conducting orientation and capacity building sessions of PTCs on related grant
Ensure the grantee PTCs are implementing activities in-line with the executed grant agreements

Design, develop and provide necessary training for target communities to develop skills and capacities for disaster resilient livelihood strategies and viable options for income.
Lead beneficiary selection, verification, mobilization and sensitization
