I have been actively engaged in community development ,language teaching٫ teacher training٫ adult literacy, education management and assessment research for 14 years. I have done MA in English literature and also holds an MEd degree. Currently٫ I am working as language teacher in public sector high school. Moreover٫ I am Mphil scholar and carrying out research on formative assessment.
My areas of interest are teaching٫educational managemnt and leadership٫ administration and educational reserach. I am also interested in social development and capacity building of human resource. Further٫ working in affected communities for relief and rehabilitation is also what I am good at.
