Manage the maintenance of BPS boards on daily basis and communicate emerging issues with higher management . Coordinate with R & I in - charge in filling stitching lines with cut parts , pre - packing accessories and packing accessories following plan . Perform contingency planning and arrangement for the material of priority POs after discussion with unit head . Monitor sewing lines to achieve daily efficiency targets as well as quality of the garment as per established parameters . Ensure the achievement of finishing & packing targets on day to day basis doing hourly monitoring of the status . Critically watch the performance of concerned supervisors for achieving targets . Intervene to control WIP in process in line & make efforts to bring it within allowed limit involving supervisors and higher management . Ensure the implementation of QMS structured and day to day emerging requirements on the floor . Assist internal audit activity coordinating with QA team Assist GMP audits and Process audits in the units . Ensure proper housekeeping is done engaging relevant departments Respond emails & communicate day - to - day maters with other departments engaging unit heads . Follow up RFID system for emerging troubleshooting requirements . Chase garments in various flow for concerning Pos before assembly and packing .
Material analysis and timely feed back of any shortage/excess material to back process(fabrication team) for getting in time solution to decide whether to go for a shortfall in case of shortage or to reduce yarn demand of next orders in case of excessive material. .Set per/day fabric and induction targets with the help of induction plan finalized at the end of the month for incoming month and also keep pushing all the relevant departments to make sure the availability of set per day targets of both fabric and inductions. Keeps pushing entire supply chain especially cutting production for getting and achieving per day inductions target for smooth feedings to sewing units so that needle couldn't be stopped. Keep pushing and knocking problematic areas at all levels that can create hurdles while starting inductions in assigned customers, orders. PO closing efficiency need to improve day by day so that target can be achieved at the end of the month. on getting in time cutting go ahead's/Process rate feedings from both marketing and apparel Consistent knocking PPC teams.
