Customer Services Officer (OG-2)
Provide Quality Services to Customers within Defined TATs
and according to the Bank policies and procedures.
To maintain branch environment so that customer
experience can be improved for regular service.
To help in achievement of the assigned targets of liability
customers, ensure high level of compliance.
Achievement of satisfactory Audit Rating.
To serve as front end compliance officer and to decrease
the AML/CFT risk as per the guidelines.
Complete the daily tasks efficiently with accuracy and

Cash Officer (OG-3)
Custodian of branch vault, safe, ATM. Safe keeping of
keys, ensuring its availability especially prior to start of
operations each day.
Ensure proper scrutiny and verification of customer,
cheque and other instruments as per laid down
procedures.
Posting and proper investigation of cash shortage/surplus
entries if such cases are observed during cash balancing
at day end.
Ensure proper cash balancing and management of Cash
in ATM, availability of ATM, sorting of Cash prior feeding
etc. In line with laid down procedures.
Provide up-to mark customer services at Cash Counter
ensuring minimum customer.
Ensure cash/cheque and all other transactions are
promptly & accurately recorded in system
Cash Officer (OG-3)

ensure strict compliance.
Performed daily inventory for keys and linens and detailed
information in audit reports.
Responded to guest needs quickly and efficiently, noting
changes in reservations or special needs for day crew.
