•Assist in preparation and updating SIA micro-plans. Validate the micro-plans in the field. Help in identifying and mapping high-risk areas in the specific UC.
•Assist in selection of appropriate vaccinators as per given criteria and in their distribution as per need.

•Assist the PEOs, and district trainers in planning, coordinating, and organizing training sessions for vaccination teams and supervisors.  

•Partnership and Coordination:

•Promote partnership with all influencing factors at UC level in support of SIAs. .           

•Monitor the process of implementation of the campaign as per guidelines and provide feedback to DPEO

•Collect and collate the tally sheet data from the area of responsibility on daily basis.

•Ensure proper implementation of SIAs with special attention to hard-to-reach areas and under- served high risk populations.

•Attend the daily evening review meeting at UC level for every SIAs and record the findings/observations for corrective action on the following day of the campaign.

•Participate in preparation of realistic catch-up plans for missed children and monitor their implementations.

•Participate in organizing the re-do/sweeping activities in the UC as required in the light of PCM/LQAs/market survey results.

•Facilitate the work of Independent Monitors

·        Develop material on Health & Hygiene;
·        Carry out community assessments within in field areas to assess the issues pertaining to hygiene;
·        Impart session to children and parents on significance of health & hygiene practices;
·        To work for the promotion of Health & Hygiene practices at both community& Children level;
·        Regular field visits of to various TLC/CFS in the targeted areas;
·        Conduct meetings with community and figures such as parents, teacher etc;
·        Written and verbal reporting on progress on daily & weekly basis;
·        Follows all Save the Children policies and procedures;
·        Undertakes any other tasks assigned by supervisor;
·        Develop material on Health & Hygiene
·        Carry out community assessments within in field areas to assess the issues pertaining to hygiene

·        Assist the Health Coordinator in all other issues related to the development and implementation of the emergency and rehabilitation Health program

·        Assessment & Distribution of Hygiene Kits, Water Purifying material & IEC Material related to the project;
·        Mobilize the Religious Leaders & other Stakeholders of the Community to convey the key messages to the Community regarding health & hygiene;
·        Conduct rapid survey for the (HH) emergency latrine installation in the targeted area;
·        Developing functional linkages with Stakeholders like Tehsil Municipal Administration;
·        Child Health Club Formation;
·        Conduct Competition ,training, village cleaning campaign
·        Training of  LHW(Lady Health Worker)on health & hygiene;
·        Reporting to Supervisor on Daily & Weekly basis;

·        Attend TOT meant for the master trainer in office to build their capacities in life skills training methodology & session delivery;
·        Submit weekly reports/updates on how to the training is conducted, number of participants and challenges;
·        Level of participation of the all participated children;
·        Hand over all reports to WVP by the specified date;
·        Work in coordination with education department and facilitate departmental communication.
·        Encourage the children to actively participate in the training & will create a positive learning enviourment;
·        To facilitate the tutorials for the buddy Girls & Boys;
·        To keep daily attendance record of trainee & the buddy girls and boys for the tutorials;
·        Conduct training for boys and girls, children group in targeted villages using the methodology learnt through TOT taking into concentration the information given by the WVP;
·        Submit operational plans on weekly and monthly basis,
·        Develop, maintain and improve mutual and beneficial relationships with key stakeholders and providecapacity building through advocacy (including government officials, teachers and community leaders) toensure successful implementation of the project;

·        Conduct KAP survey & identifying the Villages are at the most risk;

·        Delivered health & hygiene awareness sessions in targeted area of District Mansehra&Batagram;
·        Awareness Sessions about health & hygiene delivered in both Community & Govt Primary Schools;
·        Distributed Hygiene kits,Meena note book, Water purification filtersetc to the targeted Villages & Schools;
·        Conduct Rapid survey for the (HH)of latrineinstallation in the targeted villages selected by UNICEF Mansehra;
·        Mobilize the Religious leaders and other Stakeholders of the Community to convey the key messages to the Community regarding health and hygiene;
·         Developing functional linkages with Stakeholders like Tehsil Municipal Administration(TMA)Union Council Administration etc;
·         Mobilize the Teachers and the Community to practice hygiene rules;
·        Arrange best school competition function at union council level;
·         To submit operational plans on weekly and monthly basis, reviewing activities to hygiene coordinator;
·         Prepared Social feasibility for the installation of DWSS and sanitation;
·        Train SMC on best hygiene practices and their role in the School WES project;

To mobilize the Community in order to enroll their children in the Primary schools;
To motivate the Community and to create the spirit of  Volunteerism among them;


To bridge the Community with the Teachers through village Volunteers in order to ensure 100% enrollment in Primary Schools, prevent Drop out and to deliver Quality Education;
To form School Committees for sustainable management of School affairs and to build their capacity;
To coordinate the activities of NCHD with the Education Department;
Identification of Drop out students.
Ensure enrolment of vulnerable children.
Organize different trainings for Primary Teachers with the facilitation of Department.
Monitoring of Gov, t Schools & Feeder Schools.
Coordination with other organizations working on educational sector like UNICEF, USAID, ActionAid, Save the Children etc.
Attend Coordination/Cluster meetings to represent NCHD.
Prepare work planes /Daily diaries.
Organize Health & Hygiene Sessions for Children.
Organize different exposure visits for children.
Preparation of Activity & Meeting reports.
Any other duty or task assigned by the management.
