Responsible for running of all the projects in knitwear, denim and woven.
Continuously review, prepare and maintain reports such as forecast, achievement and Production.
Responsible for the smooth running of Smart Tracking system (SPTS) in stitching and cutting on all sites.
Have implemented and maintained Smart RFID system in stitching.
Responsible for the site audits /maintenance of existing equipment deployed on site i.e. smart box, Smart light, Smart QC panel.
Prepare monthly reports on project status and report to management on regular basis.
Asset tracking/RCA analysis/improvement suggestion continued.
