To follow ZABTech Desk system rigorously and timely upload lectures, course material, notes,attendance, results etc.4. To design and teach specialized Courses for the corporate employees, executives, managers andprofessional staff of organizations, Bankers and Government functionaries and when need arises.5. To conduct Summer Programs for under Matriculate Students during summer vacations.6. To plan and design group assignments, presentations, seminars, discussion and field trips on relatedsubjects.7. To prepare comprehensive lesson plans for regular class lectures8. To extend career counseling with the students for selecting their courses, helping them for seeking jobs/ internship and develop their database of performance.9. To plan and help students for Software Exhibitions on quarterly basis10. To ensure by quality of teaching deduction of drop out ratio of students11. These are to be handed over to the studentspromptly during the first lectures and classes with a copy submitted to the Coordinator/ Examination& Academic officer. No deviations from the outlines / marks allocation is to be made without priorapproval of Principal.14. Punctuality and discipline both for the faculty and students must be strictly maintained. We stronglydiscourage rescheduling or cancellation of lecture. However, if due to unavoidable circumstances youmay reschedule a lecture or test at later date provided that you have given an advance notice to thestudents and the Coordinator / Examination & Academic Officer.15. Faculty must ensure that sufficient time is given to students for consultation before/after class.16. Faculty is responsible for completing the course with full scheduled hours within the specified time,which may mean taking a number of extra classes.17. Mid Term test and the final exam must be held during the scheduled week. You are required to submitall test papers one week before test/exam to Principal.18. Please ensure that the results of assignments, quizzes, term papers and presentations etc. are announcedon the day the next class is held and the results are to be entered / updated into ZABTech Desk / NoticeBoard on a regular basis and the final exams results and grade are entered into ZABTech Desk and theNotice Board within given time.19. A teaching evaluation is normally conducted during the 3rd week of classes. This evaluation isconducted to provide a feedback from the students to the Instructor so that your teaching skills can befurther enhanced.20. There will be a mandatory meeting for all faculty during the Course Periodically. It is important thatyou attend this meeting.21. Apart from academics, as a faculty member you are required to contribute towards the growth of thestudent. Extracurricular activities, in line with academics, should be encouraged. Activities should begeared towards the development of a well rounded personality.22. To furnish monthly progress report regarding all the above responsibilities in monthly academicmeeting.23. Any other duty as assigned by Principal from time to time
