Duties and Responsibilities
The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will have the following duties and responsibilities:
Make ensure all Focused Maternal Services provided at all Health facilities.
Make ensure all medicines requisition of HFs proper made and submit to store manager.
During visit Health facility make ensure all the report must updated Check all the record included OPD Register , maternal register ,Family planning register, Obstruct registered etc.
During visit health facility make ensure all the protocols included focus Antenatal, post antenatal, Mobilization must be followed by the female medical officer. Labour room must be clean and ensure all the instrument sterilized according to MNCH guideline .
Make ensure utilization of medicine rationalized at all the health facilities.
Visit Medicine store and check bin card daily expenses register ,stock register etc.
M&E make ensure EPI center cold chain must be maintain according to protocols check record daily EPI Register , Permanent register ,defaulter ,daily field plan of vaccinator .
Make ensure community health session must be conducted by ICMO/ICFMO and Social organizer .
Check expiry dates of all available medicine stock at Health facilities as well as Store .
Make sure all medic and paramedic staff punctual and regular on duty by checking MoM report share with DM .
Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures.
Monitors all 49 Health facilities under PPHI –Dadu 04 Talukas, monitors all provided services , expenditures and progress towards achieving by using the MOM Software..
Recommend further improvement of the logical frame work and routine activities;
Develop monitoring and impact indicator for the indicators improves.
Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results. Monitor the sustainability of the program results.

• Oversee all NIS staff for the nutrition project including recruitment, trainings, regular performance evaluations, management, general well-being, job descriptions, work schedules, discipline etc. in co-ordination with the DNC coordinator, Country Nutrition coordinator and in accordance with Merlin HR policies and guidelines.
• Training of newly inducted staff on NIS, and excel based CMAM data base. Refresher trainings for existing staff as needed.
• Data from the field to be collected, compiled, analyzed and corrected before further sharing.
• Follow-up with Field staff on Program trends and routine program data and giving feedback for improvements.
• Compilation of the stock reports, call forwards etc.
• Updating of all type of internal and external reporting like PRs, 3 Ws, DoH reports, beneficiary targets and achievements etc.
• The Nutrition information System (NIS) and other nutrition reporting tools remain functional in all field offices and HUB office.
• The Program data is updated at all times and is readily available for quick reference.
• Compilation of CMAM/IYCF success stories from the field.
• Coordination with MOH, UNCEF, WFP, WHO and any other stakeholders involved in nutrition at district and provincial level and calls for ad hoc meetings when necessary.
