As a Manager Industrial And Manufacturing Excellence department, I am responsible to attain sustainable production practices at the same time not compromising on productivity and Effieciency of the company. For this purpose we have innovated the whole production fasciity.
OWE(Overalll Worker efficiency) target of 75% was established for the company and we have achieved 70% of OWE.

As an Industrial Engineer in Penna Overseas Corporation my Job descriptions Include Applying Lean manufacturing Techniques in Gloves Department and Textile Department. Other responsibilities include development of SAM (Standard Allowed Minute) Data Bank of All department and Line balancing to attain maximum productivity. Worked as a team leader of internees from different universities in fuel tank manufacturing department of Atlas Honda Lahore.
Completed my project of \"Noise reduction in different stations in Fuel Tank Manufacturing shop\'. The project was based on Human factors engineering and noise in grinding and buffing stations were 100 decibels and successfully reduced the sound to 40 decibels.
