Part of 24x7 First Line Pakistan Support team which is committed to provide mobile network operators (MNOs) with a complete security service to detect SS7 and SMS fraud, filter spam and protect revenues.

The main role of the Service Centre Engineer will be to provide first line support, monitor and manage HAUD Systems on 24/7/365 basis.

Advance knowledge of ticketing system (Jira).

Collect data for analysis from system or directly from the designated data-sources.

Generate the requested external and internal reports.

Provide 1st-line Technical Support to clients.

Interaction with clients to respond to enquiries and issue resolution and Raise internally with the technical departments and solution vendors on behalf of the clients.

Perform initial analysis and technical troubleshooting for client reported issues.

Implement SMS Firewall Rules.

24/7 MNOs traffic and content monitoring.

Perform Prob Testing which simulates subscriber traffic and capture details of the SMS traffic received on the probe including traffic source, Sender ID other details. A centralized back end collates the data which is then analyzed to identify suspicious activity as well as providing reporting on trends and new threats or showing the effectiveness of currently used Grey Routs.

Provide support to more than 50 branches.
Interact with different vendors and service providers for the resolution of issues.
Resolves the issues of banking softwares.
Identify and resolve complaints of different equipments, System, Server Machines, Laser Jet Printers, Dot Matrix Printer, Networking and CCTV.
Technical support in computer installation, configuration and troubleshooting hardware, software & operating systems.
Configuring and troubleshooting desktops, laptops and servers.
Interaction with end user to provide support regarding network connectivity.
Interaction and co-ordination with different vendors regarding their products installation configuration & their smooth functioning.
Resolving LAN/Switching related issues
Installed software, patching, upgrading and maintenance of operating system.
Installed complex hardware and software and upgrades to ensure work is performed as per the Bank policy.
Installation, Support, Administration and Management of Windows OS like XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows Servers 2003, 2008 and 2012.
Install Applications on demand from the users and ensure they suit the system's configuration
Installing, Configuring, Updating, Scanning Antivirus.
Installing, Configuring, Updating Printer Drivers, Sharing Printer in LAN.
