Currently working as Manager Engineering at National Refinery Limited having more than Nine (9) Years of experience in Maintenance, Engineering & Projects.

Worked as acting Senior Manager Maintenance for a period of 4 months at National Refinery Limited.

Completed several projects including,
Complete Renovation of 60 Ton Water Tube Boiler  7
Complete Renovation of 40 Ton Water Tube Boiler  4 (In progress)
Renovation of 160 ft & 140 ft dia Storage Tanks
Design / Construction of New Warehouse
Design / Construction of oil loading gantry

As Manager Engineering, studied & resolved many persistent problems including
1.Leakage problem of 60 ton boiler economizer since commissioning. Acknowledged by the top management and appreciation letter was also received from CEO of National Refinery.
2.High gas discharge temperature problem of 1.0 MW Natural gas compressor.
3.Several issues of existing API sewer network of National Refinery Ltd.
4.Mechanical seal leakage problem of Sundyne high speed centrifugal pumps.
5.Vibration issues of several pumps

Worked as Senior Engineer Maintenance at National Refinery Limited.

Worked as Project Engineer from bid phase till commissioning at Refinery Upgradation Project. EPCC Project was awarded to M/s. CNCEC, having span of 26 months with cost of 250 million.

Working experience of following rotary equipment around 100 for projects & maintenance related activities includes
1.7MW 3-stage Reciprocating Hydrogen Compressor
1.0MW 3-stage Reciprocating Natural Gas Compressor
Sundyne High Speed Pumps  15,000 RPM
Multi Stage Centrifugal Pumps  BB5
PD Pumps - FD /ID Fan & Blowers
&
Visited & attended project meetings including kick-off with EPCC at Xian, China.

Reviewed design documents of static and rotary equipment.

Performed shop inspections at vendor facilities in China for pumps, compressors, HX, air coolers, columns, reactors, internals and vessels.

Attended three complete turnarounds at National Refinery Limited.
