Ø Managing, troubleshooting, installing and configure Laptops, PC’s, Desktop, Printers, & other peripherals devices.
Ø Installation of Windows Server 2012/ 2012R2/ 2016, Operating System 7/ 8/ 10, Software including Forticlient, VPN configure, SQL Server and Kaspersky Endpoint Security antivirus.
Ø Daily Windows Servers database backup, monitoring of Severs and Information Internet Services (IIS) configuration.
