Planning, scheduling, executing and dealing with Consultant’s Client’s and Contractor’s Engineers and coordinating with Sub-Contractors for timely completion of project with quality assurance.
Preparation of working schedules on MS Project.
Preparation of Tender Documents, Contractual Agreement & Bids Scrutiny.
Final Assesments of all Tender Documents, Contractual Agreements and Claims.
Final assesments of all Evaluation of tenders and to select competitive contractors/consultants/vendors.
Verifying and scrutinizing all Sub Contractors bills as per work done.
Planning, coordinating & supervision of all Civil, electrical and mechanical works at site.
Review site progress and status report in conjunction with work schedule.
Review drawings and specification issued for construction for any changes as required.
Coordination with Architects, Structural and Electrical Engineers.
Technical & Financial Reconciliations.
Reporting to Project Director of foreseeable problems/all deviations from the original planning i.e. extra works and delays, etc.
Inspection of engineering materials required on site for quality assurance to be used at project.
Negotiatiations and finalization with subcontractors, vendors and suppliers for different jobs and materials at site.
Following up the time schedules and checking if the work is executed according to plan and coordinating with Planning Engineer as needed.
Supervision of all Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/HVAC as per drawings and other works with quality assurance.
Attending major meetings as and when required for different projects all over the country ( Site mobilization, resolving technical difficulties, Project planning and checking final punch lists etc.)
