Regular Duties / Responsibilities:
To identify, determine and achieve health & safety standards and objectives.
To develop, review and revise all H & S related SOPs.
Ensure proper working of fire alarm system and ensure SOP compliance thereof.
To maintain E, H&S legal compliance documentation such as Factory Act, Welfare Facilities, waste disposal, SEPA & EPA NEQs regarding Air and water pollution.
Ensure the Implementation of Administrative controls such as confined space procedure compliance through Work Permit.
To ensure all fire extinguishers are well placed with monthly inspection and ensure expiry and refilling dates.
To coordinate accident / incident reporting, investigation and analysis.
Maintain health and safety records and certificates required under regulations such as Environment test certificates, Load Test certificates of stackers and lifts.
Arrange periodical EHS meetings, record minutes of meeting and distribute.
To arrange and report the compliance of first aid trainings by considering annual training plan.
To check and report the compliance of hygienic and cleanliness.
To ensure the compliance of medical checkups of all factory personnel specifically Cephalosporin sensitivity tests.
To check and report the compliance of pest & pills controls overall plant.
Organize EHS and firefighting trainings also delivered safety talks etc.
To arrange and organize Environment, Health and Safety programs and promotional activities (e.g. World Environment and World Safety Day, Safety Week etc) that will cause to improve safety and health awareness.
To facilitate & Conduct risk assessment of head office and factory.
To check and report for keeping all safety equipment in order in the plant, all machineries have safely functions and are operational.
Ensure & develop the \"Safe Work Method\" throughout Plant.
