House Price Prediction Web Service Using Machine learning

To build an ensemble model for House Price Prediction using python which will be based upon different features. ✓ Ensemble model is composed of Linear Regression, Random Forest and Gradient Boosting Algorithm. ✓ Model will predict the optimal price of house which will be accurate as much as it can be. ✓ User will enter their requirements regarding house i.e. location, number of bedrooms, Road side etc., then model will predict the optimal price according to user requirement. ✓ Users or Clients will also have a website which is reliable service through which they can easily get the information they need. ✓ The users will enter the attributes of the property according to their need as well as the location and with the help of ensemble model, web-service will predict the house price according to it. ✓ The database will be designed with the help of Django, which will help users to add house in sale table and can access a house on sale when needed. ✓ Knowing the facts, figures and changes in the prices, the model will be able to predict the future prices of house.
