1. Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors of Ittehad Textiles, Ittehad Retail stores and Grand Ittehad Inn.
2. Maintain the daily Attendance record of House of Ittehad & Grand Ittehad inn through the online scanner, email & Telephone.
3. Maintain the record of overtime of employees.
4. Data entry of new employee’s in the System and recording the Personal files with all other necessary documentation.
5. Recording Final settlements, Advances, Loans, and Provident Fund.
6. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity also on the demand of Manager HR and GM HR/Admin.
7. Addressing employee problems on the job to ensure everyone is satisfied in the workplace.
8. Implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and Management.
9. Preparation of Different policies draft for recommendations of higher management.
10. Communicating with all branches and others departments of the company with Grand Ittehad Inn Hotel Management for Implementation of decisions.
11. Preparation of Employee’s benefits reports EOBI & Social Security.
12. Conducting the training of employees in account of Training & Development as mentor.
