pI believe that the quality of your work is more important than your position in an organization; these two things should not depend upon each other as long as you recieve just enough benefits of the hard work you put in. And that the greatest reward is in the hands of the God. Keeping these believes intact I expect to become a valuable asset to the organization where I perform, surely with honesty and sincerety. And the place I work, I expect that it provides a quality environment and enough room to learn and experiment further. I never mind changes in life. I believe that the last place I used to work or still working won’t be lesser in stature than the place I will work in future because the base of a tall building is very important in order to enjoy the view from the topmost floor. Coming with this mindset I believe I can become a key player of your team. With the talent and experience that I bring in with me I would try my best to improve the experience of my fellow colleagues to help facilitate the people around me at the new place.
