Job Description:
 
v  To have regular monitoring of booking  and data entry and post them with due diligence  
v  To update COA  with cost and management techniques.
v  To prepare job/project costing of all running jobs/projects.
v  To prepare consolidated Financial  statements of all jobs/projects during the year.
v  To conduct audit of financial accounts.
v  To ascertain Annual Comparative Profitability of jobs/projects this helps management in decision making.
v  To calculate the Break Even Report on the basis of Annual Comparative financial Reporting.
v  To prepare monthly budgeted variance analysis report including explanation for major variances and provide guidance and assistance control issues. Different reports prepared on management requirements like
v  To Identify & Allocation of Actual fixed overheads on all running jobs/projects.
v  To assist CFO in maintaining Project wise Cash Flow Statement and comparison with budgeted cash flow.
v  To establish and review policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness of internal control system.
v  To synchronize   budgets & proposals with COA (char of  account & chart of Items).
