QA/QC Officer
Ensure the implementation of QA/QC standards as applicable to the company systems, policies, procedures, and documents in order to deliver the expected quality of work.
• QC monitoring/ testing and reporting of all technical/Project related incoming materials such as fitting, valves , pumps, motors, ERT,RO Membranes and all UF/RO system accessories.
• Quality control monitoring of materials at site/market as per requirement.
• Quality monitoring of Execution jobs etc.(GTAW , Powder Coating , Epoxy Coating Fitting Jobs.
• To assist in development of SOPs/Procedure/Manuals for FTI Projects and Plants.
• To provide assistance in Quality Management System QMS (9001-2015) Audit and its activities.
• Quality control monitoring of all fabrication / Plumbing / Welding / coating / Civil jobs specially related to projects at FTI / Project Sites /at vendor workshop, and their reporting.
• Perform Pre-Commissioning/ Commissioning of Plant.
• Perform FAT Procedure on Plants.
