Pre-campaign responsibilities1) Conducting interviews and recruiting feild associates based on merit for the upcoming TCV campaign.2) Training internal sta about there activities and training them on how to use the ODK application for data collection.3) Validating the microplan on desk and feild and reviewing it twice till it passes and its validated for campaign.4) conducting UC readiness assessment for each union council twice in a row untill all the logistics and vaccines are recieved in tehsil.5) Assisting the District Coodinator (DC) in his District readiness assessment, Key Point Indicator weekly report and mantaining the OneDrive folder of the entire District Abbottabad.6) Identifying and finding the missed childerns in the area that was not included in the microplan and then later on include them in the microplan.7) conducting awareness session with the local community, schools, teachers, students and meeting with goverment ocals and W.H.O officials about the progress of the campaign. Intra-campaign responsibilities1) Paticipating in the morning assembly of the vaccinating team.2) Monitering on teams to see how they are vaccinating childern and how they are maintaining the SOPs.3) Doing an assessment and coverage in the feild and find missed childerns that the vaccinating team missed.4) Collecting data and identification about the AEFI cases if appeared.5) Conducting an observation on vacination sites to see if teams are following standard protocols.6) Participating in Town Level meeting with the goverment ocials in every evening meeting.7) Assisting the District Coordinator in the DC meeting in providing the every day assessment report.Post-campaign responsibilities1) Provide and submit all the data regarding missed childern and coverage to the PHC globals.2) Double checking and correcting missed children data and submit a final report to the PHC global officals

My Major Responsibilities
1) Creating social media content, presentations, pitch-desks, web and mobile layouts
2) Creating vector, raster and hand drawn assets Study and understand the design briefs
3) Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
4) Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
5) Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand. Use the appropriate colors
and layouts for each graphic.
6) Work with copywriters and senior designers to produce final design.
7) Test graphics across various media.
8) Amend designs after feedback and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-
brand.
