Construction and Supervision of Super Structure.
Monitoring and evaluation of Project.
Responsible for construction activities regarding Earthwork and Structures.
Maintaining the quality of work as per contract specification.
Managing the site works, co-ordination with implementing organization and contracting firm at various levels regarding smooth progress of project.
Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction.
Conducting field survey for the field and design building for the construction purpose.

To provide technical guidance to field staff, Partner Organization and Community for the construction of Shelter, WATSAN projects.
To supervise side implementation activities and assists towards developing specification for engineering goods and services.
To prepare project information, drawing specifications, Bills of Quantities of Community Physical Infrastructure Shelter and WATSAN projects.
To provide different construction methodology to various Shelter Support, Community Infrastructure and WATSAN types applied to the Projects.
To ensure record keeping, construction inspection, quality audits and drawings for the project activities.
To maintain liaisons with other stake holders for better co-ordination and response approach.
To Develop and support the implementation of WASH activities as appropriate to the needs of the beneficiaries more so sensitive to women and persons with disabilities
To ensure that environmental and sustainability issues are considered in the technical design and works, in keeping with agreed best practices.
To support, train and develop local/national staff and volunteers in shelter planning, maximizing community participation, and self-help approach for rapid emergency and transitional shelter interventions.
To ensure that all planned activities are culturally sensitive and take into account the local context, and are in line with Red Cross and NGO Code of Conduct, Sphere minimum standard and humanitarian principles.

To design & estimate Drainage & Sanitation and Water Supply Projects at the village level.
The Design & estimate Bridge, Sanitation & Sewerage, RCC culverts, tube wells, street pavement and many other micro level project.
Give trainings for operation and maintenance of micro level projects.
To monitor the projects like brick pavement, Roads, Culverts, Water Courses, Drainage & Sanitation, Tube Wells, Ponds and Integrated projects etc. @ District level.
To check the bills of Projects and preparing installment cases
To properly the Monthly Progress Report (MRP) Quarterly & Annually Progress reports and submit to Regional Office Badin.
Record keeping of all records related to projects at District level.

Working for the Construction of Infrastructure Projects like Communications, Irrigations, Hand pumps, Solar Lights, Sanitations & School and Health Units in the Field.
Engage in Social Mobilization Process, Formation of VDOs, and also maintains the financial Records.
Engage in Social Survey, Technical Survey, Project Initiation, Implementation and Management & Operation and Maintenance.
Successfully completed the Projects like Link Roads, Down Water Supply Schemes, Sanitation, Solar Lights, School and Heath Units.
