Major Responsibilities:

Responsible to Monitor & Control Production Planning, Customer Services, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Forecasting, Warehousing and Logistics.
To review IDS (Internal Delivery Schedule) and CDS (Customer Delivery Schedule) and review overall Overseas Procurement, Planning, Forecasting and Logistics arrangements.
To ensure in-time availability of CBU items from MFG department as per IDS and on-time supplies to OEMs as per plan.
Responsible for follow up and timely arrangement of all the ordered components & material with the overseas suppliers.
To follow up with import deptt for timely arrangement of LCs.
Monitoring of Import Shipments Arrival and its Custom Clearance process as well as logistics arrangement for respective consignments
To settle freight rates with shipping lines and rates proportions with forwarder agents along with clearing agents as well as other logistic requirements
To develop cost tables / quotations for running product / components, new project & new development inquires
Sourcing of New Business & Coordination with OE Customer for New Business, Current Issues / Requirements, Pricing, Future Planning & Requirements.
To assess feasibility reports on New Projects / Product / Machinery.
To keep Liaison with other departments & collaborate with ED, MFG, and QD to identify & qualify new suppliers.
To assess feasibility reports on New Projects / Product / Machinery.
To discuss budget with HOD and finalize departmental other reports as designed.
To initiate & Lead New Sourcing and Negotiate on RFQ’s and correspond directly with customers & suppliers and coordinate for New Projects, Current Issues, Pricing, Future Planning & other requirements.
To Identify & Manage Risk within Supply Chain and perform Internal Auditor whenever this responsibility is given.
Inventory Control, Purchase Orders and Sale Orders all working in SAP Business One Solution / ERP Software.
Attending PMC & MRM every month for supply chain dept.
Compliance of ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001 as well as IATF 16949:2016 in Supply Chain Division
