Supporting department managers, staff, and CEO in all admin related matters.
Preparing travel arrangements for office staff, General Manager and Executives.
Manage admin petty cash float.
Protocol arrangements for VIP guests.
Receiving company guest, travel and accommodation arrangement.
Ensuring maintenance of all office vehicles and periodic checkup of all vehicles.
Managing car inventories & insurances etc.
Contacts in Government liaison departments will be an added advantage.
Ensuring proper function of vehicles and staff Mess.
Ensure office hygiene: regular inspection of offices and kitchen are clean and cleaning materials.
Organizing conference room scheduling, equipment, and cleaning and maintenance.
Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair.
Organizing special functions and social events.
Supervision of all staff entry and exit matters.
Verification of the needy persons who need the charity, on behalf of company.
Maintain and monitor store inventory.
Purchasing computers, printers, supplies and other equipment.
