My main task was to design organizational structure of different extension and procurement models (with budgets) for the cash crop of project area of Umerkot District of Sindh province of Pakistan.
As pert the TOR, I also contributed towards the implementation of ongoing projects and in the planning of proposed further projects.
Also extensively studied value chains of other Horticultural crops (orchards and vineyards in Pothowar area) in Pakistan to propose alternate marketing model. Reported challenges faced by rural communities of Umerkot regarding agricultural production.

Lead the diverse territorial agricultural production and supply chain teams to manage production, procurement, warehousing and shipment of agricultural produce in addition to diverse project management. The new concept of value chain was developed, implemented and matured during that period. Lead a large extension network in various districts of KPK and Punjab.

Managed Milk production, procurement, storage & shipment in addition to leading numerous other projects. Also managed the supply chain of small scale production of cotton seed cake and mineral mixture for the livestock. Conducted action research on different fodder crops. Lead the extension network.

Supervised the on farm water management action research at various canal command areas. Research proposal/report writing was one of the key responsibility. Established on farm salinity research also.
