WEBOC GD PREPARER
Preparing Goods Declaration (G.D.) also known as Bill Of Entry (BOE) for our client (importers).
Using Correct PCT while creating G.D.
Sending Draft/Tentative GD to client for checking purpose.
Preparing requisition of Customs Duty, Cess Challan and for wharfage and D/O etc.
After receiving payment/ Pay Order and mandatory documents, GD submit in Weboc.
Monitor consignments status on WeBoc System till release of the cargo
Monitor consignments status on WeBoc System until release of the cargo.
Make Depart documents sets for Customs hearing and Port Examination & coordinate with concern (if necessary)

Responsible to open letter of credit or bank Contract through bank
Communicate via phone/email with insurance company to get the marine cover note for the goods.
Deal with supplier of what is required to open letter of credit or bank Contract such as Proforma Invoice
 Clear the goods via nominated forwarding agent
 Creating EIF via WEBOC/Retiring L/C or bank contract
