Master Trainer
Responsible of designing, developing and implementing training programs for the violence free communities. Being a consultant, guiding participants to develop and execute social action projects for their communities.
Key Achievements:
Designed and conducted 10 days training course on Violence Extremism for the 96 participants
Executed 12 Social Action Projects along with the participants for better communities
Project Associate
Responsible for initiation, development and expansion of Community Vocational Centers. This included asset valuation, execution, human resource recruitment and placements.Being the critical lead of the function, I was responsible for making the assigned project valuable and strategically linked to the overall objective of the organization.
Key Achievements:
Set up three vocational institutes in Karachi and Sukkur
Designed and implemented curriculums and lesson plans for the offered trade
Successfully conducted 4 training programs of Entrepreneurship and compassionate skills
Student Consultant
Responsible for providing consultancy to the students for their future endeavors and facilitate the training processes accordingly.

Initiated skill based training programs for the students
Organized and led 14 days Summer Camp for the induction of new students
