Being an operatonsmanager ,i am to look after ,monitor and adinister the whole operations of the co ,much of the tasks are about supplies,coordiantion with the vendors--trnsporters--goods cos etc.

To monitor the whole operations like production----supply chain and inventories and other routine operational tasks.

Being scm looked the dispatches of products from khi plant to all four ware houses in diff cities.keeping inventories update and maintained--contracts with transporters,house keeping in ware houses along with the safety measures of cos\' assets and people working-resolution of issues arised with in theware houses and among distributers and other clients .surprise visits to ware houses for random stock checking and proper and prompt actions taken, if required.Motivational attitude towards every one in my jurisdiction.Monitoring of incoming and out going products in safe,secure,prompt and with in the time line.

Being plant manager ,run the plant ,its all sections like production--accounts---QA/QC-packing-stores(Raw materials and finished goods)-incoming and out going products--excise and taxation--bank concerns--staff and workers.
Main responsibility is to take the max prodution,keeping in mind the reputation of co,curtailing of expances--motivational attitude towards all working in plant.Taking care and resolving the incurred issues etc.
